  • 4 gammon steaks

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the gammon steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • In the meantime, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add the blanched green beans to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  • Season the green beans with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the grilled gammon steaks with the garlic green beans on the side.
