Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork organs heart, liver, kidney, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 pieces red chili peppers sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions
